About Me

All life begins in the dark.

Most people spend their lives trying to escape the dark — wandering through the ashes of who they once were, numbing themselves to an excruciating life that no longer fits, wondering if this is really all there is — why do they even bother existing?

A womb of transition.

My name is Emily Louisana, and I am a Spiritual Midwife. In a birth room, the midwife doesn’t do labor for the mother — she cannot breathe for her and cannot push for her. That is the work of the mother.

I am not here to stand in your place. I am here to guide you through the process of transition from old to new - from fading to FAITH-ing - and to help you uncover the life you still hold buried inside.

The grit before the glow.

I understand all too well what it’s like stumbling in the dark (and falling hard). Nothing can truly be mastered by observance - it must be experienced. To live it is to know it. To know it is to see it. And now that I see it, I can teach it.

Growing, nurturing, and birthing a new life is not easy. Nor is it pretty. It’s labor. It is intense effort, toil, exertion, and travail.

Labor is the scariest and most critical part of bringing new life into the world. But, it’s also the most rewarding thing you can go through. It is the experience of triumph; of life finally winning over fear and death.

That is where you discover the strength — the GRIT — you didn't even know you had.

Beauty for ashes.

Ashes cover embers, keeping them safe and warm (for a time). Eventually that safety blanket begins to smother, and must be moved.

Now that you know you’re in transition, it’s time to move. DIG! Dig deep. You’re not lost, just hidden (even from yourself), waiting to be uncovered. Consider yourself blessed — the truth is being revealed.

Join me on this road less traveled. I’m here to provide the tools and the know-how to find your ember and stoke it back to flame — bringing it (YOU) back to life!
